Antonio Franck is a partner at CCN, where he has worked since 2005. His practice is centered on advising and representing investors doing Business in Mexico, particularly those involved in general corporate and business matters (such as mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and financing transactions) as well as topics such as foreign investment and international law. Before becoming an attorney at CCN, Mr. Franck worked in the civil and criminal litigation section of Bufete Galicia Alcalá y Asociados, S.C., in Mexico City and was the Legal Director of GRUPO IUSA, also located in Mexico City. He participated in the publication of the report, Latin-American Development, edited by the Inter-American Law Committee, International Law Section and Practice, Asociación Internacional de Comercio.
