Pablo Saenz joined CCN as a partner in January, 2011. Mr. Saenz heads the firm's Mexican labor practice, collaborating with CCN labor attorneys throughout Mexico. Mr. Saenz has over 30 years of experience working on Mexican labor law issues, as both a legal adviser and labor litigator in individual and collective employment law matters. Prior to joining CCN, Pablo Saenz led the labor practice of an established international law firm in Mexico City. Mr. Saenz frequently serves as a speaker on Mexican labor and employment law topics at events sponsored by various Mexican and international legal, professional and commercial organizations.
