Recently, CCN attorneys in Mexico City, Querétaro and San Antonio reached a successful settlement of a multi-million dollar intellectual property litigation case involving muptiple trademarks held by its client, a major U.S. equipment manufacturer. CCN worked with the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property or IMPI to overturn previously registered trademarks and re-register such marks in the name of the rightful owner.
