Natalie Elizabeth Flores Campbell originally from New York City is an attorney in CCN´s Mexico City office, where she serves of counsel to the firm. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bar. Ms. Flores is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern U.S. Federal District Courts of N.Y., and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Flores focuses on representing U.S. clients and international corporations doing business in Mexico, as well as providing legal advice to corporate clients from Mexico on a wide variety of U.S. legal matters. She assists US and international clients making investments in Mexico and Mexican clients investing abroad with a broad variety of issues ranging from international and cross-border transactions to general corporate matters. In particular, she also concentrates on information and corporate governance, data protection, and U.S., EU and Mexican privacy law. Ms. Flores has represented companies in various industries, specifically those in the automotive, manufacturing, commercial and energy sector.
