Tristan is an associate based in CCN’s Monterrey office and works in corporate, finance, real estate and labor matters, as well as in cross-border transactions. Tristan is a member of the Banking and Finance Practice Group of CCN.

Before joining CCN, he interned at Santamarina + Steta and at López Navarro & Asociados (Abogados), where he gained experience in employment law, contracts law, civil law, family law, and commercial law. His main practice was litigation, where he conducted a variety of legal proceedings before different judicial and administrative authorities, supervised the development of cases through different stages of the legal process, and drafted motions, agreements, contracts, conferrals of authority and other legal documents.

Tristan graduated with an Honorific Mention from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey Law School, simultaneously graduating from his LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at SMU Dedman School of Law through the double degree program offered by Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey. This experience allowed him to expand his knowledge of U.S. Law and the U.S. Legal System, especially on areas such as Employment Discrimination, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, Immigration Law, Energy & Natural Resources Law, Business Associations, Torts, and Property.
