This work extends to advising clients on the contractual relationships among data controllers and their data processors, clients, suppliers, and employees and the management and remediation of data and security breaches.

The firm’s attorneys and professionals have advised clients in connection with inspections and investigations carried out by Mexican authorities concerning possible data protection violations. Moreover, CCN has the capacity and resources to represent clients in any related litigation and/or administrative proceedings before the competent governmental authorities, including Mexico’s National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
