Raymundo has been with the Firm since 2013. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions and institutional borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including secured and unsecured financings with domestic and cross-border components. As a member of the Firm’s Finance Practice Group, he regularly represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing structures across multiple industries.

In addition, Raymundo maintains a strong practice in data protection and compliance matters. He co-heads the Firm’s Data Protection Practice Group and advises domestic and international clients on regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and risk management relating to the processing, transfer and protection of personal data.

Raymundo also advises clients of varying sizes and industries, including public and privately held companies, in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.
