Iker has been part of CCN since 1999 and was appointed partner in 2011. He has vast experience attending the legal needs of regional business in North America, assisting clients in determining strategies and solving several issues on Mexican law, including matters of Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, International Trade, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust.
He currently represents clients in multiple industries, including manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, retail, medical devices, and information technology.
Iker is an active member of several committees in the International Society of Primerus Law Firms and often offer presentations in different forums on topics relevant to the legal aspects and challenges of investing and doing business in Mexico.
