Provides advice to large multinational companies about processes before the labor authorities; litigation; hiring and termination of personnel; negotiation of individual issues and collective bargaining agreements with local and national unions; legal opinions and expatriate structures; subcontracting structures; establishment of compensation schemes, including incentive bonuses and benefits; the creation and operation of profitable hiring structures, employer substitutions, advice on labor repercussions in commercial transactions; design and implementation of internal policies about internal work regulations.
He also advises on the management of labor inspections on review processes and legitimation of collective bargaining agreements. He is a frequent panelist in presentations on employment law topics at events sponsored by professional and trade organizations.
