Claudio has been part of CCN since 1994. His practice focuses on representing and advising large multinational companies in relation to legal proceedings before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Labor Courts, and Administrative Courts; Litigation in Labor and Administrative matters in individual and collective matters, strike process, and before the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare in administrative processes.
Claudio has extensive experience in hiring and termination of unionized and administrative personnel; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with local and national unions; legal opinions and expatriate structures; subcontracting structures; establishment of compensation schemes, including incentive bonuses and benefits; the creation and operation of profitable contracting structures, employer substitutions, advice on labor repercussions in commercial transactions; design and implementation of occupational risk prevention policies.
