Valeria has been part of CCN since 2015. Her practice focuses on representing employers in Mexican Labor issues before local, state, and federal labor authorities.
She has extensive experience in handling labor lawsuits, as well as strategy, risk calculation, negotiation, and monitoring of labor matters.
She has carried out the management of numerous job terminations, both individual and group, and has followed up on them.
Additionally, she has experience in alimony, attending hearings and subpoenas, and providing advice and guidance for the process of temporary residence for foreigners working within the country.
