Daniel Cavazos is one of the three founding partners of the Firm. He is a business lawyer focusing predominately on advising clients from the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia on how to establish and maintain manufacturing and other business operations in key sectors such as the automotive, electronics, and agro-industrial sectors in Mexico and in the United States, as well as on advising clients engaging in a variety of business ventures and transactions such as joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate transactions, and the assembly, manufacture, exportation, importation, distribution, sale and marketing of goods. He works on a wide variety of projects, including business and estate planning, corporate formation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, contractual negotiations, real estate, and cross-border banking and finance matters.
He is a member of the Beta of Texas Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa and is a frequent speaker on international legal topics involving Mexico, the United States and other countries with foreign investors in the USMCA region.
