Fernando has been an associate of CCN since 2017. His practice focuses on Industrial Safety, EHS Management and the correct application and follow-up of Mexican Official Regulations due to his experience as Head of the Local Labor Inspectorate and as General Clerk of the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
He has supported companies to successfully pass general and extraordinary inspections in Federal and Local matters related to General Working Conditions, Safety and Hygiene and recently COVID.
In the Labor Area he attends the regulations in matters of specialized services rendering, registration and compliance with REPSE requirements and in the preparation, application, evaluation and delivery of results of NOM-035-STPS-2018.
Certified expert translator in Cd. Juarez in English-French-Spanish recognized by the Civil Registry, Courts, Consulates, etc.
Corresponding to SEDENA, procedures related to the General Directorate of the Federal Registry of Firearms and Explosives Control for obtaining General and Ordinary Permits for Import and Export of Chemical Substances and Explosives regulated by the same ministry.
