Isaac has been a CCN associate since 2024. His practice focuses on regulatory and transactional matters within the energy sector, particularly for the electricity subsector. Isaac primarily advises our clients on requesting and managing permits and registrations, drafting contracts and agreements, and other activities necessary for their market participation.
He also has experience in the midstream and downstream activities of the hydrocarbons subsector, having worked on import and export permits, as well as storage and transportation projects, including the related contractual instruments.
In addition, Isaac has advised clients on corporate and financial matters for the incorporation of new entities, capital increases and reductions, foreign investment registration, among others.
