Jorge is a partner based in CCN’s Mexico City office, where he heads the Civil and Business Litigation practice area in Mexico. His professional practice has been in the areas of civil litigation, business, bankruptcy, class actions, banking, insurance, and surety bonds.

He has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the Mexican forum. He has successfully represented companies in complex litigation in Mexican Courts, many of them with international components, and successfully represented cases before the Mexican Supreme Court.

Jorge graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho Ciudad de México with honors for his thesis “Some Considerations Regarding Civil Conflict Rules in the Mexican Federal System”.
