José joined CCN in 2026 to lead the firm’s Ciudad Juárez office. His practice focuses on representing foreign investors with operations in Mexico, particularly in corporate law, international trade, maquiladora operations, and real estate matters.

Throughout his career in legal leadership positions within multinational companies across various industrial sectors, he has developed extensive experience and a deep understanding of the legal and commercial needs of businesses engaged in cross-border operations, as well as in the management of risk and complex legal matters.

He has advised domestic and international clients on commercial transactions and projects throughout Latin America and Europe. He also has significant experience supporting companies in the legal and strategic management of their day-to-day operations.
