Julieta has been a CCN associate since 2008. Her areas of expertise include civil, commercial, and administrative matters. Her practice is mainly based on Corporate Law, assisting Mexican and foreign investors in the incorporation of Mexican companies, their modifications, transformations, Mergers & Acquisitions, spin-offs, sales, and liquidations, among others, including advice and support for the analysis of documents and preparation of the Controlling Beneficiary’s file currently required to Mexican companies by the Mexican tax authorities.
Julieta provides corporate maintenance services to more than 100 active companies and supports hundreds more, attending to their corporate needs, such as the granting and revocation of powers of attorneys, preparation of documents corresponding to capital increases and reductions, distribution of dividends, transfers, appointments of members of the management and in general, providing related legal advice.
During her years of practice, she has carried out multiple reviews of corporate documents, regularizing dozens of companies and determining the information required for multiple operations in which she participates.
