Luis Daniel has worked at CCN since 2019, becoming an associate in 2024, and is currently based in the Monterrey office.
He has over four years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in amparo proceedings. He specializes in preparing lawsuits, responses, appeals, and generally handling the processing of cases, where he has advised and represented clients in several disputes before local and federal courts in Mexico.
Before joining CCN, Luis Daniel served as a law clerk at the Fourth Commercial Court in the First Judicial District of Nuevo Leon.
Luis Daniel graduated with honors from the Law School of the State University of Nuevo Leon. He also received recognition from the National Center for Higher Education Evaluation (CENEVAL) for outstanding performance in all areas of the General Knowledge Exam (EGEL) for the Law Degree, which he took during the January-June 2023 period.
