Attend and supports procedures related to labor and sexual harassment and many other aspects related to dairy operations of companies and specific requests from Human Resources areas.
Mayra has 19 years of experience allowing her to understand the issues his clients face including individual, administrative, Social Security, and collective procedures.
Mayra has advised clients of many sectors, in strategies related to employer substitution and aspects of Social Security derived from a corporate restructuring of Firm clients abroad in the country.
Mayra attends labor investigations to conclude labor rescission, and employment termination agreements to different levels of employees such as CEOs, CFO, and many others, prepare strategies of defense and negotiation at Labor court attends cases filed against companies in every stage of lawsuits including District and Appellate courts.
Mayra is in constant training by participating in seminars offered by state and federal courts in the country.
