He has more than 14 years of experience representing clients in the establishment of maquiladoras and manufacturing facilities, including assistance in real estate transactions, the formation of Mexican entities, the acquisition, and sale of shares and assets of Mexican entities, mergers and liquidations of Mexican entities, acquisition and sale of industrial, commercial and residential real estate, loans with collateral in Mexico, among other matters.
