She has 19 years of experience in Corporate, Litigation, and Real Estate practices.

Roberta advises clients of many sectors in several matters such as preparing and coordinating with Notary Public bylaws and articles of organization, shareholders meeting minutes, powers of attorney, taxpayer’s registry card, and follow-up on recordation with the Public Registry of Commerce.

Roberta follows the process of Litigation related to tax lawsuits with the Federal Tax Court.

She also supports clients of the real estate and manufacturing sectors in the review of Service, Purchase, and Sale agreements.

Additionally, she has been in charge to provide support in the Labor area in aspects related to the termination of labor agreements and attending hearings as a legal representative.
