Wakako has been a CCN associate since 2016, she is a Japanese national, born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, and currently resides in Mexico City for more than 20 years.
Her practice focuses on the Corporate and Transactional area, especially advice and support regarding compliance with corporate obligations, as well as a review of various types of transactional contracts.
Additionally, Wakako supports and advises Japanese investment clients directly in Japanese as a Japan Desk liaison, from the incorporation of the company in Mexico and Texas to compliance with post-constitutional legal obligations in various matters, including labor and immigration.
